Public Notice It is hereby notified to the public and related parties that in the sub-district and taluka of Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad district, in the area with survey no. 506 (old 513/2/3 and 513/3), there are non-agricultural lands located in the village Bhadaj, which are included in TP Scheme No. 301 (Bhadaj-Hebatpur-Shilaj). The total area allocated to final plot no. 130/1 is approximately 4907 sq.m. This land, recorded for non-agricultural (multi-purpose use) permission in the revenue records by Collector Ahmedabad, is part of the mentioned TP scheme and is burden-free according to the property card of Ahmedabad district. The owners, including Kamleshbhai Patel without a divided 14% share, Raja Dilipkumar Patel without a divided 14% share, and others listed, hold the property under co-possession and have applied for a title clearance certificate. Therefore, any individual, institute, corporation, or bank with any interest, claim, charge, or attachment on said land must notify through registered post to the designated address within seven days from the publication of this notice. Failure or delay in doing so will result in a permanent waiver of all such rights and constraints in favor of the owners, and thereafter, no disputes will be entertained.
