Public Notice Our client Shitvan Co-op Housing Society Ltd., So.Li. Bhudarpura Ambawadi Road, Ahmedabad - 6 hereby informs and requests the public to take note that the tenement No. 6 situated in the society, is in the name of member Shantaben Jagdishchandra Gaghiya. She passed away on 27/02/2025 without any issue. As per her Registered Will 3175/2000 dated 21/09/2000, her nephew Bipin Mafatlal Khatri has been appointed as her heir. Bipin Mafatlal Khatri has applied on 25/03/2025 for the transfer of this property and shares in his name. The will or testament mentions that the deceased Shantaben Jagdishchandra Gaghiya had 50% share in the property jointly with her sister Jayaben Vaikunthray Gaghiya. However, no such record is found in the society's records. Further, Jayaben Vaikunthray (died on 08/01/2005 without any issue) in her Registered Will No. 3174/2000 dated 21/09/ 2000 has also transferred her share in the property to her nephew Bipin Mafatlal Khatri as heir. In these circumstances, the above mentioned registered wills or testaments are from the year 2000. If, after that, the property of Tenement No. 6 has been transferred to anyone or any rights, interests or sustenance rights have been provided, then inform us and the society in writing along with proof within 10 days of the publication of this notice. Otherwise, it will be assumed that such rights and interests have been waived. Therefore, the society will take further action on the application of Bipin Mafatlal Khatri dated 25/03/2025.
