Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, the land situated in the sub-district Ahmedabad-10 (Vejalpur) of Ahmedabad district, in the taluka Dascroi, village Bhat, which has been used for non-agricultural purposes, is being sold by our client. The land, belonging to the partnership firm Shaili Suvas Infra, located in the village Bhat, taluka Dascroi, sub-district Ahmedabad-10 (Vejalpur) of Ahmedabad district, with an area of 17057 sq. meters and city survey no. NA 1412 (old survey no. 435), is being sold by our client. This sale includes all rights and interests related to the land, including the right to access and exit, along with all other rights and interests. Any person claiming any right, interest, share, relationship, obligation, debt, claim, demand, lien, lis pendens possession right, etc. in the said land, or if any notice, dispute, etc. has been filed in relation to the land, or is ongoing, is required to inform us in writing, along with documentary evidence, at the address mentioned below, within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, so that we can provide a title clearance certificate. If this is not done, it will be assumed that no such claim, right, interest, share, relationship, dispute, etc. exists, and any existing claim, right, interest, share, relationship, dispute, etc. will be deemed to be waived. The title of the land will be considered clear and marketable, and a certificate will be issued to that effect. Any dispute after that will not be considered. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, જત ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદના સબ- ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ - ૧૦ (વેજલપુર) તા તાલુકા દશક્રોઈ મોજે ગામ ભાતની સીમના બીનખેતની ઉપયોગી થયેલી જમીન જેના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદના - સબ-ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ ૧૦ (વેજલપુર) ના તાલુકા દશક્રોઈના મોજે ગામ ભાત નીસીમના રિ-સર્વે/બ્લોક નં. ૧૪૧૨ (જુના સર્વે નં.૪૩૫) ની ૧૭૦૫૭ચો.મી. જમીન બિનખેતી થતા તેને સીટી સર્વેના રેકર્ડમાં સીટી સર્વે વોર્ડ- ભાત (બિનખેતી) ના સીટી સર્વે નં. NA ૧૪૧૨ ની કુલ ૧૭૦૫૭ ચો.મી. ના ક્ષેત્રફળવાળી બિનખેતી ની જમીન તથા તેમાં જવા- આવવાના તમામ પ્રકારના ચાલ નિકાલના હક્કો હિતો સહિતની જમીન કે જે શૈલી સુવાસ ઈન્ફા એ નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢી માલીકી તથા કબ્જા ભોગવટામાં આવેલ છે અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે. અમારા અસીલે સદર જમીન ઉપર તે પરત્વે કોઈપણ શખ્સનો, કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો, હિત સંબંધ ખોરાકી પોસાકીનો હક્ક, લેણાંનો બોજો, ટાંચ, દરખાસ્ત, લીયન, લીસ્પેન્ડસ કબજા હક્ક વીગેરે કાંઈ હોય અગર તે સંબંધી દાવાદુવી, નોટીસ, તકરાર, કરેલા હોય અને અગર જારી કે ઉભા હોય તો તે બાબતની દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહીતની લેખીત ખબર નીચેના સરનામે પુરાવા સહિત રજીસ્‍્ટ્રર એ .ડી. થી દિન-૭ માં ખાતરી કરી આપીને ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફિકેટ આપવા સામે વાંધો લેવો. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો સદર ઉપરોક્ત જમીન ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક હિસ્સો, હિત સંબંધ, દાવો અલાખો, તકરારવિગેરે કાંઈ નથી અને અગર હોય તો તે તમામ આથી જતા કર્યા છે. તેમ સમજીને સદર ઉપરોક્ત જમીનના ટાઈટલ ક્લીયર અને માર્કેટેબલ છે. તેમ સ્વીકારીને સર્ટીફિકેટ આપવામાં આવશે, અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કાંઈ તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તે નક્કી જાણવું. સ્થળ : અમદાવાદ તા. /૦૬/૨૦૨૪ એસ-૪૬, મનમોહન એપાર્ટમેન્ટ, સુભાષ બ્રીજ પાસે, કેશવનગર, અમદાવાદ
