Public Notice Registration District Sub-District Gandhinagar (Zone-2) Taluka Gandhinagar, village Bhat Survey/Block No. 156/1/2+2/22, 261 sq.m. land included in Town Planning Scheme No. 239 (Bhat), allotted Final Plot No. 35, area 3683 sq.m. of non-agricultural land is in joint ownership of Nileshbhai Batukbhai Panchani (80% share), Rajeshkumar Dhiruhbhai Patel (Bunha) (10% share), Dinesh Balubhai Talaviya (10% share) is free from encumbrances, title clear and marketable, as stated by them, they have requested a certificate from us regarding the title clear and marketable nature of the said land, if any person or institution has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, objection in the said land, please inform in writing within 7 (seven) days with supporting documents (objections without documents will not be considered) and if you fail to do so, any person or institution will not have any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, objection, etc. and if any, it is considered to be waived (waived) and a certificate regarding the title clearance will be issued after that, no one will be able to raise any objection afterwards.
