It is informed that the said property is title clear, marketable and free of all encumbrances and we have been requested to provide a title clearance certificate. If any person, bank, institution or any one has any kind of right, claim, interest, mortgage, encumbrance or any other right on the said property then inform us in writing with evidence at the following address.
