Public Notice regarding Title Clearance This is to inform all concerned that Vipulkumar Govindbhai Sakariya, residing at B-302, Ornate House, VIP Road, Althan, Surat, has applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for a plot of land in the industrial estate developed by the Sachin Udhogannagar Sahakari Mandal Limited, known as Hajivala Industrial Estate, situated in the District Surat, Sub District Taluk: Chorasi, Village Bhatiya, Block No. 81 and 83. The plot in question is Plot No. D-24/1 which is registered in the name of Vipulkumar Govindbhai Sakariya. The transfer document in favour of Dimple Dharmvir Jadia, original member of the society, from Taraben Hasmukh Lal Jariwala dated 04/08/2006, registered at Sub Registrar Surat-3 (Navagam) with registration number 11386, is missing and hence we are unable to obtain its original registration receipt. If anyone has possession of this document or has any claim, lien, encumbrance, right, interest, dispute, or any other type of claim or interest against the property, they are requested to inform us in writing along with proof within 6 days at the address below. If no objections are received within the stipulated time, we will proceed with issuing the Title Clearance Certificate based on the assumption that the original receipt of the registration fee is missing and there are no claims against the property or all such rights have been waived. We will then issue a Title Clearance Report for the property, based on which our client bank will be able to provide a loan against the property. There will be no further disputes regarding the property and our client bank will have a primary charge on the property. All concerned are to take note of this.
