:: Public Notice :: I, Mitesh N. Desai, Advocate, hereby issue this public notice as per the instructions and request of my client, Monish Kishorbhai Shah, residing at Sameer Bungalow, opposite Vaghavadi Road, Bhavnagar. My client resides in Bhavnagar city and is involved in business. My client's friend, Girish Asandas Rajai, residing in Bhavnagar, was a classmate during school days. Due to their friendship, in January 2025, he requested a hand loan of Rs. 5,00,000/- for two months. My client provided the hand loan. Upon completion of the two-month period, Girish Asandas Rajai issued H.D.F.C. Bank cheque No. 000115 for the legally owed amount to my client. The cheque was returned, and a notice was sent to Girish Asandas Rajai at his residential and shop addresses. While Girish Asandas Rajai owes my client the outstanding amount, a notice regarding the sale of property located on Hill Drive Road, Lease Hold Plot No. 2222/A-B-2, with an area of 68.05 sq.mt of land, totaling 84.368 sq.mt, including the 124.74 construction on it, property registered with City Survey Office Ward No. 7, Sheet No. 333, Survey No. 2913/B-3 and 2913/B-4, was published in the Bhavnagar edition of Gujarat Samachar newspaper on 26/08/2025. As he is trying to sink the amount due to my client, a Civil Suit will be filed in Bhavnagar Civil Court regarding the property at Hill Drive Plot No. 2222/A-B-2 to recover the outstanding amount, and action will be taken within eight days for a permanent injunction and attachment before judgment regarding the property.
