Notice regarding the sale of land in Bhayli, Vadodara. This notice informs the public that the owners, Funtal Rashmikant Shah and Trushtiben Funtal Shah, are intending to sell their property located in Bhayli, Vadodara. The property comprises of land with Survey Number: 128, 129, 130, 132, Block No. 113, Bhayli TP Scheme No. 1, FP No. 133/2, Block No. 116, Bhayli TP Scheme No. 1, FP No. 133/1, 134, Block No. 115 and 117, Bhayli TP Scheme No. 1. The land measures 3000 sq.ft (278.81 sq.m) and an additional 92.129 sq.m from the adjacent property. The notice further states that if any individual, organization, bank or any other entity has any claim, interest, right, lien, objection, dispute, or involvement with the property, they should provide written proof within six days. Failure to do so will be considered as a waiver of any claims. This notice is published to ensure transparency and inform the public about the intended sale and any potential claims.
