This is to inform the general public that the property situated at Survey No./Block No.: 598/1, in the village of Bhayali, Taluka Vadodara, District Vadodara, having an area of 0-58-68 acres, which is included in TP Scheme No. Samiyala-Bil-Bhayali, and has been allotted Final Plot No. 1472/1. This non-agricultural land measuring 3521 sq.m. with City Survey No. P4598/1, owned by (1) Patel Bhavanaben Ambalal, (2) Patel Rajendrabhai Ramanbhai, and (3) Patel Janakbhai Ramanbhai, has been decided to be sold by them to our client. Therefore, our client has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us.
