Public Notice for TP Scheme No. 1

This is to inform the general public that: In the limits of Mouje: Bhayli (Vadodara City West), Sub-District Vadodara, Registration District Vadodara, Block/Survey No. 141, Old Survey No. 159, City Survey No. N.A. 141, Sheet No. N.A. 99, Property Card No. 3203, TP Scheme No. 1, Final Plot No. 89, having an area of 3684 Sq. Meter as per the final plot, the owners of the non-agricultural open land, Smt. Jyotiben Navinbhai Brahmbhatt, wife of Mukesh Brahmbhatt, have informed us that the title of the said property is absolutely clear and free from encumbrances. They have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. Therefore, if any person, institution, or organization has any claim, share, right, interest, tenancy right, charge, lien, etc., on the said land or any part thereof, they should inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objection is received with documentary evidence within the stipulated period, or if the evidence presented is found to be unsubstantiated, a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued, and thereafter, no dispute will be entertained.
