Public Notice Regarding Lost Documents and Title Clearance This is to inform all concerned that the owner of the property located in the “Bhagawti Industrial Estate” situated on approximately 95 acres of non-agricultural land, out of which 35419 sq. m. and 349405 sq. m. of land is included in the planned “Bhagawti Industrial Estate” in the additional area of the city of Surat, located in the Surat City taluka of the Surat district, revenue survey number 9, 8, out of 14/1, 14/2, out of 14/3, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25/1, 25/2, 26, 27, 28, 9, 20, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 42, 44, 45, 46 and 55 (out of which revenue survey no. 32, 35, 44 and 55 are located south of the Budiya Canal), plot no. 1/87, measuring 177.78 sq. m. and 148.61 sq. m. including 23.42 sq. m. of the unallocated road-road section, totaling 102.06 sq. m. of open land, including all internal and external rights of the property, Ramesh Bhai Ranchhodbhai Khacharia has applied to our client bank for a loan and requested a title clearance certificate. However, the original registration document of the previous amendment of the said property, no. 10813 dated 22/09/2014, and the original registration receipt for the registration of the document are missing or lost. In this situation, if any bank, financial institution, or any person has any claim or right on the said property for any reason, or has any kind of claim or right on the said property, then they should inform us with written evidence of their objection within 7 days of the publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that the said property has been relinquished by the interested parties.
