Public Notice We, Advocate Bira A. Bhatt, on behalf of our clients Mukundbhai Vinodbhai Choksi and Karunaben Mukundbhai Choksi, are the owners of Bungalow No. 114, located in Plot No. 70, Lane No. 2, Sector No. 7, Satya Grah Chhavni Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd. in Satellite. According to the Society records, the area of this plot is 681.52 sq. m. The Society had allotted Plot Holding Certificate No. 430 and Share Certificate No. 496 (Shares No. 2481 to 2485) to them, which have gone missing and cannot be found despite searching. Therefore, as per the rules and regulations of the Society, it has become necessary to issue this public notice for obtaining duplicate Plot Holding Certificate and duplicate Share Certificate. Hence, this is to inform you that if anyone has any objection or claim regarding the issuance of duplicate Plot Holding Certificate and duplicate Share Certificate, please inform us in writing along with original documents through registered post within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of duplicate Plot Holding Certificate and duplicate Share Certificate by the Society to our clients, which you will be responsible for. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી અમો એડવોકેટ બ્રિદા એ. ભટ, તે અમારા અસીલ મુકુંદભાઈ વિનોદભાઈ ચોકસી તથા કરુણાબેન મુકુંદભાઈ ચોકસી સેટેલાઈટ સ્થિત સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણી કો.ઓ. હા.સો.લિ.માં સેક્ટર નં.૭, પ્લોટ નં.૭૦, લેન નં.રમાં આવેલ બંગલા નં.૧૧૪ ધરાવે છે. સોસાયટીના રેકોર્ડ મુજબ આ પ્લોટનું ક્ષેત્રફળ ૬૮૧.૫૨ ચોરસવાર છે. સોસાયટીએ તેમને પ્લોટ હોલ્રીંગ સર્ટિફિકેટ નં.૪૩૦ તથા શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ નં.૪૯૬ (શેર નં.૨૪૮૧ થી ૨૪૮૫) એલોટ કરેલ હતું જે તેમનાંથી ક્યાક ગુમ થઈ ગયેલ છે જે શોધખોળ કરવા છતાં મળી આવતા નથી. જેથી સોસયટીના નીતિ નિયમ મુજબ ડુપ્લીકેટ પ્લોટ હોલ્ડીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ તથા ડુપ્લીકેટ શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ મેળવવા માટે આ જાહેર નોટિસ આપવાની જરૂરીયાત ઉપસ્થિત થયેલ છે. તેથી જણાવવાનુ કે સદરહુ ડુપ્લીકેટ પ્લોટ હોલ્ડીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ તેમજ ડુપ્લીકેટ શેરસર્ટીફિકેટ કઢાવવા બાબતે કોઈને કોઈ પણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો તકરાર હોય તો આ નોટિસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭માં અમોને અસલ પુરાવા સાથે રજીસ્ટર પોસ્ટથી નીચેના સરનામે જાણ કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં કસુર કરશો તો અમારા અસીલને ડુપ્લીકેટ પ્લોટ હોલ્ડીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ તેમજ ડુપ્લીકેટ શેર સર્ટીફિકેટ સોસાયટી તરફથી આપવા અંગેની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે જેની નોંધ લેશો. અમદાવાદ, તા. ૦૫/૦૪/૨૦૨૫ બિદ્રા એ. ભટ્ટ (એડવોકેટ) ઠે.: ૧૦૦, પ્રેમચંદ નગર રો- હાઉસ, જે.બી.રોડની પાસે, બોડકદેવ, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૧૫.
