Public Notice This is to inform the public that the owners and occupants of 1187 square meters of agricultural land in new block no. 2067 (old block no. 168) in the limits of the village Bhoyanmoti, sub-district and taluka Kalol, district Gandhinagar, namely Pravinji Melaji Thakor, Saurabhben Melaji Thakor, Ramilaben Melaji Thakor and Sumitraben Melaji Thakor, have sold the said land to our client Ranjanben Jagdishbhai Patel by deed no. 6875 dated 04/05/2024. Based on this, our client claims to have full ownership, possession and enjoyment of the said land without any encumbrances. They have requested a certificate from us stating that the titles of the said land are clear and marketable. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, demand or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, then they should inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice, along with necessary evidence. If they fail to do so, then it will be presumed that no other person has any claim, right, interest, share, demand or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, and we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said land.
