This notice is to inform that the land located in village Bhunbhali, Taluka Dholka, District Ahmedabad, bearing survey number 448 (Old survey number 234/1), with an area of 1-94-26 Hectare, is owned by (1) Ramanbhai Kalyanbhai Vadhela, (2) Pasiben Virabhai Vathela, (3) Jayeshbhai Virabhai, and (4) Maheshbhai Virabhai. They have requested a title clearance certificate as the land is free of all encumbrances. Anyone having any claim, share, right, interest, objection, or other encumbrance on this land, is hereby requested to file a written claim with documented proof within 7 (Seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the following address: Registered Office, Rajputi Boarding, Opposite Taluka Seva Sadan, Dholka, Ahmedabad.
