E-02, Ground Floor in the scheme called J.B. PARK located in MANRAJ CO-OP. HOUS. SOC. LTD constructed on land bearing TP Scheme No. 3, Final Plot No 51, situated at Mouje Bopal, Ta. Dascroi, in the District and Sub-district of Ahmedabad pertaining to Home Loan A/c no 610118138 of MR. CHOUHAN HIMMATSINGH, deposited with our client by way of security have been misplaced. Any person(s) coming into possession of the aforesaid Document and/or any person(s) who is/are having knowledge of the whereabouts of the Document, are hereby requested to intimate the undersigned forthwith, about the same at the below address. Public are warned not to deal with the Document and any person receiving or dealing with the said Document would do so at their own risk and responsibility (including criminal liability) and our client shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss incurred by such person(s) on account of any such unauthorized dealing.
