Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that in the Ghatlodia taluka of Ahmedabad district, within the limits of Bopal village, survey number 104, an area of 2934 square meters of land has been allocated under Draft TP Scheme Number 2. The final plot number 104 with 1760 square meters designated for residential purposes is a non-agricultural land. Dhanlakshmi Organizers LLP, as a total independent owner, is in direct possession and hereby declares it free from all types of encumbrances other than any kind of obstruction or interference. It has been decided to sell our entitlement and Renukaben Jayantilal Nandwana, a partner in the firm has demanded a title clearance certificate from us for the said property, asserting that in case no other partners of the firm or anyone has any kind of objections or interferences, they are free from all types of encumbrances. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે જત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના ઘાટલોડીયા તાલુકાના મોજે બોપલ ગામની સીમના સર્વેનંબર-૧૦૪ની ૨૯૩૪ ચોરસમીટર જમીનને ફાળવેલ ડ્રાફ્ટ ટી. પી. સ્કીમ નંબર-૨ ના ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૧૦૪ ની ૧૭૬૦ ચોરસમીટર રહેણાંકના હેતુવાળી બિનખેતીની જમીન ધનલક્ષ્મી ઓર્ગેનાઇઝર્સ એલએલપી નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢી એ કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં કોઈના કોઈપણ જાતના અવરોધ કે અંતરાય સિવાય તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે અને પેઢીના ભાગીદાર રેણુકાબેન જ્યંતિલાલ નંદવાણા એ અમારી પાસે સદર મિલકતના ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલી છે તો સદર મિલકતમાં પેઢીના અન્ય ભાગીદારો કે અત્ય કોઈના કોઈપણ જાતના અવરોધ કે અંતરાય સિવાય તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલતે વેચાણ આપવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે અને અમારી પાસે સદર મિલકતના ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલી છે તો સદર મિલકતમાં કોઈનો કોઈપણ જાતનો લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક, હીત-હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ગીરો, મોર્ગેજ, કબજાહક્ક, બાનાચીઢ્ટી, એમ.ઓ.યુ., બાનાખતતા હક્કો, લીસપેન્ડન્સ, વિગેરે રહેલ/કરેલ હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ ની અંદર તે બદલના આધાર-પુરાવાઓ સહિત નીચેના સરનામે રજીસ્ટર્ડ એ.ડી.થી લેખીત જાણ કરવી જો તેમ નહી કરવામાં આવે તો તે તમામ મિલકત માલીકની તરફેણમાં બીનશરતી જતા (Waive) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી સદર મિલકતનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને અમારા અસીલની તરફેણમાં વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવી લેવાની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં. તારીખ :- ૧૦ - ૦૬ - ૨૦૨૪ પ્રથિત શ્રેણીક શાહ (MCA, DLP, LL.M.) એડવોકેટ, જાનકી શ્રેણીક શાહ (B.c૦m, LL.B.) એડવોકેટ, ૫૧૨, શિવાલીક સ્કવેર, અદાણી સીએનજી પંપ પાસે, વાડજ, અમદાવાદ-૨૭.
