Public Notice This notice pertains to the property located at Block/Survey No. 96, 97, and 98 in Moje Bopal, Ghatlodiya Taluka, Ahmedabad District. The property comprises a total area of 9538 sq.m. This land is included in TP Scheme No. 1 (Bopal) and is allotted as Final Plot No. 82. This plot consists of 5723 sq.m. of residential and commercial land intended for non-agricultural use. This notice specifically concerns shop No. 12 situated on the first floor of the 'Dan Edifice' project, built on this land. The shop has a carpet area of 39.85 sq.m and a built-up area of 41.69 sq.m. This notice further indicates that the property is owned by Singh Heppi Jagdishsingh, including the shop's construction and a 45 sq.m. undivided share of the land. A request for a Title Clearance Certificate for the land has been received from the owner.
