Public Notice This is a public notice given on the instructions and request of our client. This notice is to inform everyone that the property known as Shanti Apartment, situated on Survey No. 22, FP No. 22, TP Scheme No. 1/B (Bodkadeva), in Bodkadeva, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, consisting of Flat No. B/1/12, located on the third floor of Block No. B, along with membership of the society and rights related to the share certificate, is in the full ownership, possession, and enjoyment of Bharatbhai Chandrakant Trivedi, residing in Ahmedabad. The allotment letter and share certificate have been issued to our client by the society for the said property. Possession of the property has been delivered to our client and since then, the property has been continuously in the possession and enjoyment of our client and has been recorded in the society's records. Our client has received the share certificate and allotment letter from the society. The original share certificate has been lost/misplaced from our client. Despite extensive searches, it has not been found. Therefore, our client is initiating proceedings to obtain a duplicate share certificate and other documents from the society. Therefore, if any person, financial institution, firm or bank has any objection or dispute regarding the issuance of the duplicate share certificate by the society, please inform us in writing with supporting evidence (unverified objections will not be considered) within 7 days from today by registered post. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of the duplicate share certificate by the society and no objections or disputes will be entertained thereafter. Please take note of this public notice. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી અમારા અસીલની સુચના અને ફરમાઈશથી આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જણાવીએ છીએ કે, મોજે બોડકદેવ, તા.ઘાટલોડીયા, જિ.અમદાવાદના ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નં.૧/બી (બોડકદેવ) ના ફા.પ્લોટનં.૨૨ ની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ શાંતિ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ નામથી ઓળખાતી સ્કીમમાં બ્લોક નં.બી ના ત્રીજો માળે આવેલ ફલેટ નં.બી/૧/૧૨ ની બાંધકામવાળી મીલકત તથા સોસાયટીના સભ્યપદ તથા શેર સર્ટીફીકેટના હકકો સહીતની મીલકત ભરતભાઈ ચંદ્રકાંત ત્રિવેદી રહે- અમદાવાદની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી કબજા ભોગવટામાં આવેલ છે અને સદરહુ મીલકત અંગે સોસાયટી મારફતે અમારા અસીલને એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર તેમજ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરી આપવામાં આવેલ છે અને સદર મીલકતો કબજો સુપ્રત કરવામાં આવેલ છે અને ત્યારથી આજદીન સુધી સતત રીતે મજકુર મીલકત અમારા અસીલના કબજા ભોગવટામાં તથા સોસાયટીના રેકર્ડમાં ચાલતી આવેલ છે. સદર સોસાયટી મારફતે અમારા અસીલના નામે શેર સર્ટીફીકેટતેમજ એલોટમેનટલેટર ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવેલજે અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ અમારા અસીલ પાસેથી ખોવાઈ/ગુમ થઈ ગયેલ છે અને પુરતી શોધખોળ કરવા છતાં મળી આવેલ નથી. અતે તેથી સદર સોસાયટીમાંથી ડુપ્લીકેટ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ તેમજ અન્ય કાગળો કઢાવવા અંગેની તજવીજ અમારા અસીલે હાથ ધરેલ છે અને તેથી સદર ડુપ્લીકેટ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ સોસાયટી દ્વારા ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવનાર હોઈ તે અંગે કોઈપણ ઈસમ, નાણાંકીય સંસ્થા, પેઢી કે બેન્ક ને કોઈપણ જાતનો વાંધો તકરાર હોય તો તેની લેખીત જાણ પ્રમાણીત પુરાવા સાથે (પુરાવા સિવાયના વાંધા ઘ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહી) અમોને આજથી દિન-૭ મા રજી.એ.ડી. થી જાણ કરવી. તેમ કરવામાં કસુર થયેથી સોસાયટી મારફતે ડુપ્લીકેટ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈનો કોઈપણ જાતનો વાંધો તકરાર ચાલશે નહી તેની જાહેર નોંધ લેવી. સ્થળ - અમદાવાદ તા- ૦૭-૦૬-૨૦૨૪ V & P Associates Maulik Vaghela, Advocate Office - 808, Satyam-64, Opp. Gujarat High Court, S.G.
