Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the property located at the Revenue Survey/Block No. 197/1/2 and 197/1/3 of the village Bodkadev, in the Taluka Ghatlodia, of the Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad - 3 (Memnagar), under T.P Scheme No. 50, Final Plot No. 234/2 and 234/3, being non-agricultural land. The scheme is known as "SALISTER" and the property is located on the 5th floor of Block A, Office No. 503 with a built-up area of 74.46 square meters, an open terrace of 16.86 square meters, and undivided interest in land of 24.57 square meters. This property, belonging to Jay Bhairavi Enterprises, in the name of its partner, Mr. Japanbhai Pankajbhai Patel, is owned and possessed by him. This property is free from any encumbrances and was leased by him to Ahmedabad Realtors Association for one year. This notice is for the purpose of seeking a title certificate for the said property. Anyone who has any claim or rights over this property such as ownership, interest, lien, power, authority, mortgage, right to sell or purchase, inheritance rights, or any rights of any organization, including but not limited to a money lender, etc. are requested to inform us in writing with detailed proof within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be deemed that such person has no claim, interest, or rights over the said property. If anyone has any rights or interest in the said property, then it will be considered that they are knowingly and intentionally waiving their rights.
