Public Notice This is to inform the public that the following property located in District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), Taluka Ghatlodia, Village Bodkadev, Survey Number 343, TP Scheme Number 1/B, Final Plot Number 278, non-agricultural land, “Prestige Owners Association” or known as “Prestige Tower”, located on the first floor, Flat No. C/103, area 220 square yards or area 183.95 square meters super built up area and area 163 square yards or area 136.28 square meters built up area, including undivided area of 31.04 square meters, and property including membership rights of the association's share certificate, is the sole and absolute ownership and possession of Priyanka Sahja Goel, aged, Hindu, resident- Ahmedabad. The said property is free from all types of litigation and all encumbrances except IDFC First Bank and is clear title. The said property is decided to be sold to our client and we have requested for a title clearance certificate for the said property. Further, if there is any claim, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance of any financial institution or bank except IDFC First Bank on the aforementioned property, then please submit written evidence within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice to the below address through registered AD.
