Public Notice for 1/B

This is to inform the public that Shyamgruh Members Association has placed a plan for the construction of 'Shyamvihar Apartment' on the fourth floor of flat number 401, having an area of approximately 125 square yards, built on non-agricultural land of final plot number 251/B, which is part of TP Scheme number 1/B, belonging to survey number 355/20, in the boundaries of Bodkadev village in Ghatlodiya taluka, Ahmedabad district. This property has been decided to be sold by Vishrut Harshad Bhai Turakhiya and is free from any kind of encumbrances, obstructions, or impediments of any kind. We have received a request for a title clearance certificate for the said property. Therefore, anyone having any kind of interest, right, share, claim, burden, alienable, lien, charge, mortgage, possession right, agreement to sell, MOU, rights from agreement to sell, lease agreements, etc., in the said property, should inform us in writing, along with supporting documents, at the below-mentioned address within seven days of the publication of this notice. If they do not do so, it will be deemed that they have unconditionally waived their claims in favour of the property owner and the title clearance certificate will be issued accordingly. The sale deed will be executed in favour of our client and no objection will be entertained thereafter.

EES આથી જાહેરજનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે જત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના ઘાટલોડીયા તાલુકાના મોજે બોડકદેવ ગામની સીમના સર્વે નંબર-૩૫૫/૨૦ પૈકીના ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર-૧/બી ના ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૨૫૧/બી પૈકીની બીનખેતીની જમીન ઉપર શ્યામગૃહ મેમ્બર્સ એસોસીએશન દ્વારા મુકેલ યોજના 'શ્યામવિહાર એપાર્ટમેન્ટ”ના ચોથા માળ ઉપર આવેલ ફ્લેટ નંબર- ૪૦૧ ની આશરે ૧૨૫ ચોરસવાર એરીયાના બાંધકામવાળી મિલકત વિષદ હર્ષદભાઇ તુરખીયાએ પોતાની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં કોઈના કોઈપણ જાતના અવરોધ કે અંતરાય સિવાય તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે અને અમારી પાસે સદર મિલકતના ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલી છે તો સદર મિલકતમાં કોઈનો કોઈપણ જાતનો લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક, હીત- હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ગીરો, મોર્ગેજ, કબજાહક્ક, બાનાચીઠઢઠી, એમ.ઓ.યુ., બાનાખતના હક્કો, લીસપેત્ડન્સ, વિગેરે રહેલ/કરેલ હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ ની અંદર તે બદલના આધાર-પુરાવાઓ સહિત નીચેના સરનામે રજીસ્ટર્ડ એ.ડી.થી લેખીત જાણ કરવી જો તેમ નહી કરવામાં આવે તો તે તમામ મિલકત માલીકની તરફેણમાં બીનશરતી જતા (waive) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી સદર મિલકતનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અતે અમારા અસીલની તરફેણમાં વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવી લેવાની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં. તારીખ: :-૨૫-૦૩- ૨૦૨૫ પ્રથિત શ્રેણીક શાહ (mca, DLP, LL.M.) એડવોકેટ, જાનકી શ્રેણીક શાહ (B.com, LL.B.) એડવોકેટ, ૫૧૨, શિવાલીક સ્કવેર, અદાણી સીએનજી પંપ પાસે, વાડજ, અમદાવાદ-ર ૭.
