Public Notice This is to inform the public that the property located on non-agricultural land of Final Plot No. 424, TP Scheme No. 1/B, Survey No. 441/1, area 8308 square meters, of Bodkadeva village, Ghatlodiya Taluka, Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar) Registration Sub-District, District Ahmedabad, belonging to Parashraj Co-op Housing Society Limited, also known as "Devprit Apartment", consisting of shop no. 4, located on the first floor, area 338 sq. ft. (taxable area 32.64 square meters) and the society's share certificate, membership rights including the property, is the sole ownership and direct possession of Usha Ronak Mehta, adult, Hindu religion, resident-Ahmedabad, and is free from all types of litigation and encumbrances. The owner has decided to sell the said property and a request for a title clearance certificate has been made. If any person has any kind of right, interest, share, claim, lien, or any financial institution or bank has any encumbrance, charge, lien, etc., on the above-mentioned property, they are requested to inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with documentary evidence at the below address, registered A.D., failing which, it will be assumed that no person has any claim, share, right, interest, share, claim, lien, etc. on the said property and if there is any, it is deemed to be waived.
