Public Notice This is to inform the public that Sunilbhai Ramanlal Patel, Rimaben Sunilbhai Patel, Minakshiben Sunilbhai Patel and Aanand Sunilbhai Patel have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for their land, which is situated in the village of Chalodi, Taluka Dholka, Ahmedabad District. The land in question is part of a new survey (Block No. 1692 (Old Survey/Block No. 1425) and consists of 4404 sq. meters out of a total of 9170 sq. meters. They also have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for the land, which is part of a new survey (Block No. 1694 (Old Survey/Block No. 1426) and consists of 4000 sq. meters out of a total of 26758 sq. meters. The land is claimed to be completely owned, possessed and enjoyed by them, and is free from any encumbrances. If any person has any claim, interest, share, right, encumbrance or any other objection in the above said land, they are requested to submit in writing with necessary evidence to the undersigned within 7 (Seven) days from the date of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of our claim that no person has any claim, interest, share, right, encumbrance or any other objection in the above said land.
