Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Registration District Ahmedabad Sub- District Ahmedabad - 3 (Memnagar) Taluka Sabarmati, village of Chhadawad, in the land survey number 292 non-agricultural land, which is included in T.P. Scheme No. 3/5 Final Plot No. 586/12+13 (excluding) part of it is hereby declared and the area is determined as 790 sq. m. and the non-agricultural land and the construction thereon, including the property (1) Kalpanaaben Abhaykumar Shah, (2) Biren Bhai Abhaykumar Shah and (3) Manan Bhai Abhaykumar Shah's total joint ownership and possession, and all other types of encumbrances free and there is no other writing or transaction with any other person regarding the above property, they have demanded Certificate of title clear, marketable and encumbrance free Then, if any other person has any kind of interest, right, share, claim or encumbrance on the above property, then they should inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of this notice with documentary evidence at the address below. If they do not do so then there is no kind of interest, right, share, claim or encumbrance of anyone on the above property and if so it is gone and we will provide the title clearance certificate and thereafter no one will have any kind of dispute.
