She made a will regarding her property on 06/11/2024. Based on the will, the applicant has filed this application to obtain a Probate Certificate regarding the immovable property. The immovable property in the name of deceased Suryabala Dilipkumar Broker is located at Jat District, Sub-District Ahmedabad, Taluka- Sabarmati, Moje Village- Chhadavad, T.P. Scheme No. 3/P, 729/1, “Suvas”, Opposite Ambawadi Police Station, Ambawadi, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, the value of which is ₹2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Only). Therefore, if any person has any objection or hindrance to the applicant being granted a Probate Certificate for the property as per the will stated in the application, they should appear in person or through a knowledgeable advocate in this court at 11:00 AM on 19/08/2025. જાહેર નોટીસ અરજદારના વકીલ શ્રી પી.સી. ગાંધી અમદાવાદ ખાતે ની શહેર દિવાની અદાલતમાં (સિટી સિવિલ કોટ) દિવાની પરચુરણ અરજી નં. ૧૦૭૨/૨૦૨૫ આંક-૦૭ અરજદાર- (૧) કિશોર રતિલાલ દોશી (૨) શ્રીમતી હેમલતા કિશોર દોશી બંને રહૈ.- B-09-01 SENI MONT KIARA 24 CHANGKAT DUTA KIARA MONT KIARA 50480, KUALA LAMPUR હાલમાં રહે.- “સુવાસ”, આંબાવાડી પોલીસ ચોકી સામે, પોલીટેકનીક, આંબાવાડી, અમદાવાદ બાબત : ગુજરનાર સર્યુબાળા દિલીપકુમાર બ્રોકરના વીલના સંદર્ભે મિલકત અંગેનું પ્રોબેટ સર્ટીફીકેટ મેળવવાની અરજી. આથી સર્વે લોકોને તથા આ કામમાં હીત તથા સંબધ ધરાવતા સર્વે શખ્સોને આ જાહેર નોટીસ થી જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે સર્યુંબાળા દિલીપકુમાર બ્રોકરનું તા.૦૧/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ અમદાવાદ મુકામે અવસાન થર્યલ છે તેઓએ પોતાની મિલકતનું તા.૦૬/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ વીલ કરેલ છે. જે વીલના આધારે સ્થાવર મિલકત અંગેનું પ્રોબેટ સર્ટીફીકેટ મેળવવા માટે અરજદારે આ અરજી કરેલી છે. ગુજરનાર સર્યુબાળા દિલીપકુમાર બ્રોકરના નામે આવેલ સ્થાવર મિલકતમાં જત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સબડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ, તાલુકો- સાબરમતી, મોજે ગામ- છડાવડના ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં. ૩/પ ખાતે આવેલ ૭૨૯/૧, “સુવાસ”, આંબાવાડી પોલીસ ચોકી સામે, આંબાવાડી, એલીસબ્રીજ, અમદાવાદ મુજબની મિલકત જેની કિંમત રૂ.૨,૦૦,૦૦,૦૦૦/- (અંકે રૂપિયા બે કરોડ પુરા) જેટલી છે. આથી અરજદારને અરજીમાં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે વીલ મુજબની મિલકત માટે પ્રોબેટ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવે તેમાં કોઈ પણ શખ્સને કોઈ પણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો યા હરકત હોય તો તેઓએ તા.૧૯/૦૮/૨૦૨૫ ના રોજ સવારના ૧૧-૦૦ વાગ્યે જાતે યા માહીતગાર વકીલશ્રી મારફતે અત્રેની કોર્ટમાં હાજર થવું જો તેમ કરવામાં કસુર થશે તો હાજર રહેલા પક્ષકારોને સાંભળીને આ અરજીનો કાયદેસર નિકાલ કરવામાં આવશે! જેની લાગતા વળગતાઓએ નોંધ લેવી. આજ તારીખ ૦૨/૦૭/૨૦૨૫ ના રોજ મારી સહી તથા કોર્ટનો સિકકો કરીને આપ્યો. તૈયાર કરનાર મુકાબલ કરનાર (એચ. એસ. દેસાઈ) રજીસ્ટાર (વી.એન. પ્રિયદર્શી) (એચ.સી. વ્યાસ સિટીસિવિલ કોર્ટ, આસિસ્ટન્ટ બેન્ચ કલાર્ક ગ્રેડ-૧ લાલ દરવાજા, ભદ્ર, અમદાવાદ.
