Public Notice for 33 Ox Scheme

Notice is hereby given to the general public that anyone having any claim, share, right, interest, encumbrance or any other type of right in the said land located in the village of Chandisara, Dholka Taluka, Ahmedabad District, Plot No. 80, Survey No. 9, measuring 785.47 sq.m. (Seven Hundred Eighty Five Point Forty Seven square meters) as per the registered document No. 1232. The said land is situated at the following address: 33 Ox Scheme, Bungalow No. 31, measuring 785.47 sq.m. (Seven Hundred Eighty Five Point Forty Seven square meters), built up area: 150 sq.m. (One Hundred Fifty square meters), including construction, owned by (1) Sudhaben Rajnikant Shah and (2) Nita Nilesh Shah, residing at Naranpura, Ahmedabad. They have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate. Therefore, if anyone has any right, share, interest, encumbrance in the said land, then they should submit their claim in writing with proof within days from the date of publication of this notice, otherwise, their claim will be forfeited. The title clearance certificate will be issued after confirming that the land is free from all encumbrances. This notice is published by Imtiyaz P.
