Public Notice This public notice is hereby given to inform the public that, in the District of Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District and Taluka Sanand, of the village Changodar, Block/Survey No. 78 Area 9510 square meter (Shape Rs. 5.87 paise) Account No. 2034, the old agricultural land, is owned by Lakshmi Ben Bhikhabhai and Khoda Bhai Bhikhabhai, both residents of Changodar, Ahmedabad. They are in joint ownership and direct possession. The said land is free from any litigation or encumbrances. It is also confirmed that the said land is to be sold by our client and they have requested for a Title Clearance Certificate of the same. If any person has any right, title, interest, share, claim, or any financial institution or bank encumbrance, charge, lien, etc., on the above mentioned land, then they are requested to submit written proof along with documents to the following address within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice, through Registered AD. (Claims without proof will not be considered). Failure to do so will be considered as the land being free from any claim, share, right, interest, share, claim or lien.
