Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land belonging to Block/Survey Number 78, Changodar, Sanand Taluka, Ahmedabad District, having an area of 9510 square meters, account number 2034, is owned by Lakshmi Ben Bhikha Bhai and Khodabhai Bhikha Bhai, residents of Changodar, Ahmedabad, who are the co-owners and have direct possession and enjoyment of the property. The said land is free from any litigation or encumbrances and is clean. It has been decided to sell this land. A title clearance certificate has been requested from us for the said land. Furthermore, if there is any existing right, interest, share, claim, liability or financial institution or bank encumbrance, charge, lien, etc., on the above-mentioned land, then within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, you are requested to inform us at the address below through registered post along with documentary evidence (claims without evidence will not be considered). If you fail to do so, then after the expiry of the stipulated time, it will be understood that there is no claim, share, right, interest, claim, liability on the said land and if there is any, it will be considered waived.
