This land is independently owned and in possession of our client. Our client intends to sell this land and has requested a title clearance certificate. If any bank, organization, or individual has any claim, share, right, demand, interest, or connection with this land, they are requested to inform us in writing within 10 days with supporting evidence at the address mentioned below.
