Public Notice: It is hereby informed to the public that the lands under survey numbers NA 4002 of 19723 square meters, NA 423 of 14356 square meters, NA 441 of 27119 square meters, and NA 442 of 27013 square meters, which were previously belonging to Maheshbhai Dashrathbhai Prajapati and Yajeshbhai Vinodbhai Prajapati respectively as unencumbered full ownership, have been sold to us. Our buyer has requested a certificate declaring the title clear. If anyone has any claim, share, load or charge of any kind on these lands, they must inform us with documentary evidence at the below-mentioned address within seven days from the publication of this notice. If no communication is made within this time frame, it will be assumed that there are no claims, interests, shares, charges or burdens, and these will be waived as per our understanding, and a certificate of title clearance will be issued accordingly.

જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ :અમદાવાદ, સીટી સર્વે ઓફીસ: ધોળકા ના વોર્ડ: છબાસર (બીનખેતી) ની સીમના (૧) સીટી સર્વે નં. એન એ ૪રર ની ૧૯૭૨૩ ચોરસમીટર અને (ર૨) સીટી સર્વે નં. એનએ ૪૨૩ની ૧૪૩૫૬ ચોરસમીટર ની જમીનો મહેશભાઈ દશરથભાઈ પ્રજાપતિ ના સ્વતંત્ર નામે તથા (૩) સીટીસર્વેનં.એનએ ૪૪૧ની ૨૭૧૧૯ ચોરસમીટર અને (૪) સીટી સર્વે નં. એનએ૪૪રની ૨૭૦૧૩ચોરસમીટર તી જમીનો, યજ્ેશભાઈ વિનોદભાઈ પ્રજાપતિ ના સ્વતંત્ર નામે હતી, તેવી જે તૈ બીનખેતીની જમીનો (“સદરહુ જમીનો'), ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ અગાઉ ના જમીન માલિકો ની સંપુર્ણ, માલિકી, કબજા-ભોગવટાની બોજા રહિત આવેલ હોવાનું જણાવી સદરહુ જમીનો અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપેલ છે, જે અંગે અમારા અસીલે અમારી પાસે ટાઇટલ ક્લીયર હોવા બાબતના સર્ટીફિકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સદરહુ જમીનો ઉપર કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિસ્સો, બોજો કેલાગભાગ હોય તો તેઓએ તેવા હક્ક, હિસ્સા, બોજા કે લાગભાગની જાણ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં અસલ દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત અમોને નીચે ના સરનામે જાણ કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો સદરહુ જમીનો ઉપર કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કે લાગભાગ નથી અને હોય તો તે તમામ જતા (વેવ) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી સદરહુ જમીનો અંગેનું ટાઇટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે તથા અમારા અસીલ તેમની ઇગચ્છાનુસાર સદરહુ જમીનો અંગેની યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તે નકકી સમજવું.
