Kagthara - Morbi, hereby inform all concerned and the general public that the land in the village of Chhadvada, Bhachau Taluka, Kachchh District, with revenue survey number 304, measuring 3-24-76 hectares, revenue survey number 301, measuring 2-92-39 hectares, and revenue survey number 305, measuring 1-42-65 hectares, which is currently owned by Mansukh Bhai Rugnath Bhai Patel and Arghind Bhai Laljibhai Saradva, under account number 2313. The original sale deed no. 158, dated 16-02-1984, registered in the name of Gadha Bhura Ashdhi, and the original sale deed no. 684, dated 06-06-1984, registered in the name of Gadha Hematbai Pancha, pertaining to the aforementioned property have been lost or misplaced, and despite all efforts, they have not been found. We, therefore, inform all concerned and the general public that if anyone has any claim, right, interest, mortgage, claim, or objection in any way regarding the aforementioned property, then they should inform us in writing with supporting evidence within 14 (fourteen) days of the publication of this notice. If no objections are raised within the specified time period, it will be assumed that no one has any claim, right, interest, or share in the said property, and that any such claim has been waived.
