Public Notice Regarding the land situated in Block/Survey No. 356/2/2, measuring 5346 sq. m, located in the limits of village Chhani, Taluka & District Vadodara, which is included in TP Scheme No. 48, the final plot number 24/2, measuring 3225.50 sq. m, belongs to Mr. Hitesh Narendra Kumar Shah. The said land is in his direct possession and enjoyment, and he is the sole owner of the same. He intends to sell this land to our client. Therefore, our client has approached us to obtain a Title Clearance Certificate for the said land. This public notice is hereby given to inform anyone having any right, interest, claim or lien over the said land to file a written objection with documentary evidence within 0 days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to file an objection within the stipulated time will be deemed as a voluntary waiver of rights and title clearance certificate shall be issued accordingly.
