Public Notice This is to inform the public that the owners of the non-agricultural land mentioned below - (1) Anil Bhai Bhonabhai Patel, (2) Bhikhabhai Manilal Patel (3) Patel Vidyaaben Bhikhabhai (4) Patel Nilpa Bhikhabhai (5) Patel Vaishali Bhikhabhai and (6) Patel Mahir Anilbhai wish to sell the said property to our client, stating that the title of the property is in their joint ownership, possession and enjoyment, and is free from encumbrances. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, this public notice informs all concerned and the public that if anyone has any claim, right of possession, or any other right or interest in the said property, then they should submit their objections in writing with proof, within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. If this is not done, then the person/entity having the interest will be deemed to have failed to present their objections/claims and will have waived their rights/interests, and the title of the said property will be deemed to be theirs, in their possession and enjoyment, free from encumbrances and clear.
