Public Notice for 46 (Chhani)

This is to inform the public that the owners of the non-agricultural land mentioned in the annexure below, (1) Anilbhai Bholabhai Patel, (2) Bhikhabhai Manilal Patel (3) Patel Vidyaben Bhikhabhai (4) Patel Nilpa Bhikhabhai (5) Patel Vaishali Bhikhabhai and (6) Patel Mahir Anilbhai, wish to sell the said property to our client after stating that they have joint ownership, possession, enjoyment and a clear title. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, it is hereby notified to all concerned and the general public that if anyone has any share, right of enjoyment, any other right-interest in the said property, then they are requested to submit their objections in writing along with evidence within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice to the address mentioned below. If this is not done, then the concerned person/organization will be considered as having failed to submit their objections/claims and this will be considered as having waived their rights-interest and the title of the said property will be considered as being theirs, in their possession, enjoyment, free from encumbrances and clear.
