Public Notice Registration District Gandhinagar, Sub-District Gandhinagar Zone -3 and Taluka Gandhinagar in the village of Chiloda (Naroda) located within the survey number - 203, area 22663 sq.m. which has a TP Scheme number - 241 (Nana Chiloda), final plot number - 126, area 13598 sq.m. of land. As per the plan approved by the A.M.C. of the above said sub-plots, sub-plot number - 2, area 5043.86 sq.m. of non-agricultural land, “BMP GALAXY INFRA” a partnership firm with its registered office: 328, Vishala Empire, S.P. Ring Road, Hanspura, Ahmedabad - 382330 has requested for a title clearance certificate stating that the above said land is in their ownership, possession, enjoyment and free from all encumbrances. Therefore, if anyone has any rights, interest, or share in the above said land, then they are required to inform the Registrar by providing documentary evidence within seven (7) days.
