In the Gandhinagar district, Gandhinagar taluka, at the location of Chiloda (Naroda), covering 9004 square meters, under Town Planning Scheme No. 241, Final Plot No. 105 covering 5402 square meters, the land, which is non-agricultural and multi-purpose, is owned independently and in possession free from all burdens by Hiraben Masangji alias Marsangji, Manaji Masangji alias Marsangji, Prahladji Masangji alias Marsangji, Lakshmanji Masangji alias Marsangji, and Sursangji Masangji alias Marsangji. It has been decided to sell said land to our client, who has demanded from us the Title Clearance Certificate of the said land. Hence, if there are any prohibitory orders or ongoing legal claims against this land, including sale, gift, power, inheritance, mortgage, or bank's burden, one should inform in writing with documentary evidence within seven days from the publication of this notice at the below address through Registered Post (complaints sent without valid proof will not be considered).
