Public Notice The District Sub-District of Gandhinagar - (Zone-3), Taluk Gandhinagar, Village Chiloda (Naroda), property card no. 1342, survey number NA110/P1 of the City Survey Office Gandhinagar, TP Scheme no. 241 (Nana Chiloda), final plot no. 74, area 4917 sq.m. non-agricultural land, owned by SHREE AMBICA DEVEL-oPERS, a partnership firm, partners Suresh Seerumal Kamnani, Jitendrasinh Jaswantsinh Rathod, is clear and marketable free from encumbrances. They have requested a certificate from us regarding the clear and marketable title of the said land. If any person or institution has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, objection in the said land, please inform in writing within 7 days with certified evidence through Registered AD (objections without evidence will not be considered). Failure to do so will be considered that the person or institution has no right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, objection, etc., or if any, they waive it.
