new CTS Nos. 2/7 A and 2/7 B, (old CTS No. 2/7 to 2/11) situated in Village Chincholi, off S.V.
Road, Malad (W), Mumbai 400064, Opponents....... and those, whose interests have been vested
in the said property may submit their say at the time of hearing at the venue mentioned above.
Failure to submit any say shall be presumed that nobody has any objection in this regard and further
action will be taken accordingly.

Unilateral deemed conveyance of land admeasuring about 1447.10 sq. mtrs. as per the flat sale
agreement and as per City Survey records and property Cards 1450.70 sq. mtrs, old CTS Nos. 3,
3/1, 3/2, 2/5, 2/7, 2/8, 2/9, 2/10, & 2/11 and New CTS Nos. 2/5, 2/7 A & 2/7B in the Registration
District of Mumbai and Sub District of Mumbai Suburban, along with the structures standing
thereon in favour of the Applicant Society.
The hearing in the above case has been fixed on 07/05/2026 at 2.00 p.m.
