This is a public notice to all concerned that Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) Bhavnagar, has received an online application for transfer of housing plot No. H-193/1 in Chitra O. Vasah, Area 186.88 sq.m, which was allotted in the name of M/s Madhu Industries, whose partners were (1) Late Shri Dhirjlal Manilal Andharia (50.00%) (Date of death 28/04/2024) and (2) Late Shri Bipinchandra Manilal Andharia (50.00%) (Date of death 19/07/2024). Currently, their heirs, including Smt. Bhartiben Dhavalbhai Andharia, daughter of Late Shri Dhirjlal Manilal Andharia and niece of Late Shri Bipinchandra Manilal Andharia, have applied to transfer the property in their name. The application is to transfer 50% of the property to Smt. Bhartiben Dhavalbhai Andharia. The applicant has submitted the lineage of Late Shri Dhirjlal Manilal Andharia according to which Late Smt. Madhuben Dhirjlal Andharia - Wife (Date of death 12/05/2011), Late Smt. Minakshiben Dhirjlal Andharia - Daughter (Date of death 24/09/1994), Smt. Bhartiben Dhirjlal Andharia - Daughter (Wife of Shri Dhavalbhai Andharia), Smt. Vandnaben Dhirjlal Andharia - Daughter (Wife of Shri Himanshu Bhai Andharia), and Hinaben Dhirjlal Andharia - Daughter (Wife of Shri Kamalnayanbhai Vakani) are the heirs. The applicant has stated that there are no other heirs. The existing heirs Smt. Vandnaben Dhirjlal Andharia - Daughter and Hinaben Dhirjlal Andharia - Daughter have submitted a notarized consent to waive their rights. Smt. Bhartiben Dhavalbhai Andharia has also submitted the will executed by her late uncle and partner of the property, Late Shri Bipinchandra Manilal Andharia, which states that 50% of the property should be given to his niece Smt. Bhartiben Dhavalbhai Andharia. Therefore, if any person has any objection or claim to the transfer of the property in favor of Smt. Bhartiben Dhavalbhai Andharia, the applicant, then they should submit a written objection along with attested copies of supporting documents to the address mentioned below within 10 days of the publication of this notice.
