Joint ownership of Kantilal Khoda Gholakicha and Bhayalal Khoda Gholakicha agricultural land situated at Chitara village of Bhavnagar on Revenue Survey No. 152, OR Area 62-64-04 He. Upon the death of Kantilal Khoda Gholakicha, the entry of his first line heir in the revenue record was done, and the name of his wife Kashiben Kantilal Gholakicha was recorded in the revenue record. Therefore, the petitioner’s grandmother, Kashiben Kantilal Gholakicha, has an undivided share/ownership in the said agricultural land. Kashiben Kantilal Gholakicha, on 06/02/2019, executed a registered Will/testament No. 112 in favor of the petitioner concerning the land belonging to her share in the said agricultural land. She passed away on 18/04/2018. We, the petitioners, have filed this application for obtaining probate or letter of administration along with the said will in our favor. If any person, institution, or individual has any objection, they must appear before the court in person or through a representative on 06/05/2025 at 10:30 am. Failure to do so will result in the court considering that no one has any objections.
