Public Notice for 17 (Chiloda)

Public Notice District Gandhinagar, Sub District and Taluka Gandhinagar, at Chiloda (Dabhoda) village, in survey number 812, according to the Re-survey, the new survey / block number 528 (Re-survey, previously old survey number 311), area 1-44-67 hectares, has been included in TP scheme number 17 (Chiloda). In return for this land, (1) final plot number 65/1 with an area of 7269 square meters and (2) final plot number 65/2 with an area of 2136 square meters have been allotted. Out of these, final plot number 65/1, with an area of 7269 square meters, non-agricultural land (in exchange for land with an area of 11183 square meters, according to the survey number) has been allotted to the following: (1) Subhashbhai Ramabhai Patel, (2) Ajitbhai Keshabhai Patel, (3) Hitesh Bhai Ambalal Patel, (4) Ravikumar Govindbhai Patel, (5) Rakesh Kumar Ramanbhai Patel, (6) Kalusingh Sardar Singh Hadani. All these individuals have sole ownership and possess the right to occupy and utilize the land. The land is also free from any encumbrances. It is hereby declared that the aforementioned individuals, namely, No. 2 to 6, have applied for the title clearance certificate on their own behalf and on behalf of and on the part of No. 1. Hence, it is notified to all that if anyone has any claim or encumbrance on the aforementioned land, they should inform us, in writing, with a certified copy of the proof, within 7 days, at the following address via registered AD post. If there is any delay or default in doing so, it shall be assumed that no one has any claim on the aforementioned land or if they do, they have relinquished it in favor of the owners. Thereafter, the title clearance certificate of the said land shall be issued. No disputes shall be entertained after the issuance of the title clearance certificate.
