This is to inform the public that Shri Zala Saheb Sang Udesang, owner of the land with old survey number 154/4, new survey number 411, and area 0-94-94, located in the village Dabhasar, taluka Detroj, district Ahmedabad, has requested a title clearance certificate from us. This land is currently being cultivated and belongs to him. If anyone has any claim, interest, share, right, possession or burden on this land, they must inform us in writing with supporting documents within seven days from the date of this notice at the address mentioned below. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the land belonging to Shri Zala Saheb Sang Udesang, and the title clearance certificate will be issued. After this, no claims will be entertained.
