Public Notice This is to inform the public that, Bharatsinh Dhiru Bhai Dodiya has applied for a title clearance certificate from us for a total area of 11890 sq. meters out of a total of 14721 sq. meters of land in Block No. 369/A, located in the limits of Daduka village, Sanand Taluka, Ahmedabad District, which is old agricultural land, which he claims is his sole ownership, in possession and enjoyment, and free from all encumbrances. If any person has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the said land, then they must inform us in writing with proof within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice. If this is not done, then we will assume that the said land is free from any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any other person, and if there is any, then it is waived, and we will issue a title clearance certificate, and no further disputes will be entertained.
