Kantaben, alias Kantu ben, daughter of Babubhai Savani, claims ownership of the entire agricultural land with old conditions, including all internal and external rights, interests, and shares associated with the property. This property is free from any encumbrances, with a clear title, and she has sole ownership and possession.
