PUBLIC NOTICE Registration District Gandhinagar, Taluka Kalol, in the village of Dantali, on the non-agricultural land of Block/Survey No. 80 (Re-survey previous old Block/Survey No. 83/1), located in the scheme known as Dantali Owners Association Garden City Phase-4, Sub-plot No. A-431, measuring 577 sq.m. i.e. 690 sq.yards, out of which a property of 240.80 sq.m. i.e. 288 sq.yards plot. Rajubhai Chelabhai Bharwad and Sureshbhai Nagjibhai Bharwad have stated that they are in joint ownership and possession of the said property and have requested our title opinion for the said property. Therefore, if any other person/firm/company/institution has any kind of right, interest, claim, charge, or dispute regarding the said property, they should inform us in writing at the address below, along with certified copies of documentary evidence, within 7 (seven) days via R.P.A.D.
