PUBLIC NOTICE Village-Dantali District Gandhinagar, Registration Sub-District Kalol Taluka, in the village of Dantali, on the non-agricultural land as per re-survey Block No. 203 (Old amalgamated Block No. 199, previously amalgamated Block No. 200 and 201), etc., there is a scheme named Panchjyot Plot Owners Association (Garden City Phase-3). Among the various plots located therein, Sub-plot No. W-82, an open plot of 500 sq. yards, is claimed by Vinita Jayantilal Khambhata to be in her independent ownership, possession, and enjoyment, free from all types of encumbrances and legal disputes. She has requested a title clearance opinion from us. Therefore, if anyone has any type of encumbrance, charge, lien, agreement to sell, possession rights, or share in the said property, they should inform us at the address below within 7 days with written proof via Registered A.D. If this is not done, it will be understood that no one has any right in the said property, or if they had, they have relinquished it.
