Meter, and being old tenure land valued at Rs. 3.75 paisa, is jointly owned and possessed by: (1) Anandba, widow of Hanubha Umedsang Jhala, (2) Kailashba Hanubha Jhala, (3) Kanaksingh Hanubha Jhala, (4) Nayanaba, widow of Meghrajsingh Hanubha Jhala, (5) Chandrasingh Hanubha Jhala, (6) Parakramsingh Hanubha Jhala, (7) Mayursinh Meghrajsinh Jhala, and (8) Harpalsinh Meghrajsinh Jhala. They have decided to sell the said land to our client. Our client has submitted consent letters from the aforementioned land owners numbered 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8. As per the instructions and consent of our client, this public notice is being published, and they have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, share, right, interest, share, rate, demand, alienation, encumbrance, charge, lien, mortgage, trust, maintenance, easement, injunction, lease pendens, right, bank, or any other claim whatsoever regarding the above-mentioned land, they must inform us in writing with necessary documentary evidence at the address below via Registered A.D. Post within 7 days from the date of publication of this public notice.
