PUBLIC NOTICE District Sub-District Ahmedabad-2 (Vadaj) Taluka Sabarmati, in the village of Vadaj, within its limits, TP No.: 29, Final Plot No.: 350, 354 and 355. The property, shop No.: 284, located on the ground floor of "Nirmal Apartment" known as 300 HIG SHOP, built by Gujarat Housing Board on the said land, was owned and possessed by Shri Dharmendra Narayanbhai Patel. He had taken a loan from THE MEHSANA URBAN CO-OPERATIVE BANK LIMITED against the said property. Subsequently, when he was declared a loan defaulter, the bank completed the necessary legal proceedings and auctioned the aforesaid property. In which, our client has been declared as the successful highest bidder and a Sale Confirmation Letter has been issued by the bank. Furthermore, the bank has stated that the said property is free from all encumbrances. Therefore, our client has initiated proceedings to obtain a Title Clearance Certificate for the said property. Thus, if any person, institution, bank, heir, or anyone else has any right, claim, share, profit, lien, charge, interest, possession, or any other type of right over the said property, they must inform at the address mentioned below with documentary written evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this public notice. જાહેર નોટિસ ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ સબ-ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ-૨ (વાડજ) ના તાલુકા સાબરમતી ના મોજે ગામ: વાડજની સીમના ટી.પી. નં. : ૨૯, ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નં. : ૩૫૦, ૩૫૪ તથા ૩૫૫ ની જમીન ઉપર ગુજરાત હાઉસિંગ બોર્ડદ્વારા બાંધવામાં આવેલ “નિર્મલ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ” તરીકે ઓળખાતા 300 HIG SHOP પૈકી ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફ્લોર ઉપર આવેલ દુકાન નં. : ૨૮૪ વાળી મિલકત શ્રી ધર્મેન્દ્ર નારાયણભાઈ પટેલ નાઓની માલિકી તથા કબ્જા-ભોગવટામાં હતી. સદરહુ મિલકત ઉપર તેઓએ THE MEHSANA URBAN CO-OPERATIVE BANK LIMITED માંથી લોન લીધેલ હતી. ત્યારબાદ તેઓ લોન ડિફોલ્ટર જાહેર થતા બેંક દ્વારા જરૂરી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરીને ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતની હરાજી કરવામાં આવેલ હતી. જેમાં અમોના અસીલ successful highest bidder તરીકે જાહેર થયેલ હોય અને બેંક દ્વારા Sale Confirmation Letter આપવામાં આવેલ છે. વધુમાં બેંક દ્વારા સદરહુ મિલકત તમામ બોજાઓથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવવામાં આવેલ છે. આથી અમોના અસીલ દ્વારા સદરહુ મિલકત અંગે Title Clearance Certificate મેળવવાની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવેલ હોય, સદરહુ મિલકત ઉપર કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ, સંસ્થા, બેંક, વારસદાર અથવા અન્ય કોઈનો હક્ક, દાવો, અલાખો, લાભભાગ, લીયન, બોજો, હિતસંબંધ, કબજો અથવા અન્ય કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો અધિકાર હોય તો તેમણે આ જાહેર નોટિસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયાના દિવસથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં દસ્તાવેજી લેખિત પુરાવા સહીત નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે જાણ કરવાની રહેશે. અન્યથા ત્યારબાદ કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, દાવો કે તકરાર માન્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં અને તે અંગેની તમામ જવાબદારી સંબંધિત દાવેદારની પોતાની રહેશે. તા. ૨૦/૦૫/૨૦૨૪ K & K ASSOCIATES K.
