Public Notice This notice is regarding the land located at Kathvada village in Dascroi Taluka of Ahmedabad district. The land belongs to plot number 1016 (old survey number 217) of khasra number 718, with an area of 35-30 hectares. This land is situated within TP scheme number 117 and is designated as final plot number 134. The land is currently owned by Parul Naranbhai Patel and Nilum Naranbhai Patel, who are jointly responsible for its maintenance and use. Parul Naranbhai Patel has decided to sell his share of the land, which measures 1-17-65 hectares. The land is free from any encumbrances and has been verified to be clean. Therefore, if any individual, bank, firm or any other entity holds any kind of claim, charge, lien, or any other rights over the land, they must notify this office in writing with supporting documents within seven days from the publication of this notice through registered A.D. post. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned notice will be considered as an acceptance of the sale and any future claims will be deemed invalid. Any rights pertaining to the land will be assumed to belong solely to the owner of the land and any other claims will be considered null and void.
