To all people and financial institutions providing loans, it is hereby informed by this public notice that, the description of the property is as follows: District Ahmednagar, Sub-District and Taluka Rahuri, out of Mauje Deolali Pravara, within Municipal Council limits, Gat No. 1287/1, with an area of 20.00.17 R sq. m. (2000.17 sq. m.), and its assessment is Rs. 1320.00. Its four boundaries are as follows: East: Davanagaon Road, South: Gat No. 1288, West: Gat No. 1286, North: Gat No. 1287. Thus, it is a non-agricultural property with full rights of possession and enjoyment, without any reservations. This property is owned by Shri. Avinash Prakash Kshirsagar, Shri. Deepak Babasaheb Kohkade, Shri. Vijaykumar Narayan Navale, Shri. Santosh Shahaji Gaikwad by purchase, and they are in actual possession and enjoyment of it. Regarding the transaction of the above property, they have decided to permanently sell the above property to our client, and an agreement has been made with our client.
